Terms of Service
Please read these terms carefully before using the Peptide List.
Last updated: May 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Peptide List (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Site. The Site is operated by Longevity Insights LLC ("we," "us," or "our").
2. Educational Purpose Only
The Site provides educational and informational content about peptides and peptide therapy. All content is intended for general informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The information presented should not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice from a qualified healthcare provider. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you have read on this Site. If you have a medical emergency, call your doctor or 911 immediately.
3. No Doctor-Patient Relationship
Use of this Site does not create a doctor-patient relationship between you and Peptide List or any of its contributors. The content is research-backed for accuracy but is not personalized medical guidance. Any decisions about peptide therapy should be made in consultation with your own qualified healthcare provider.
4. Evidence Ratings and Content Accuracy
Our evidence ratings and safety assessments represent our best interpretation of the available scientific literature at the time of publication. They are not FDA evaluations, drug approvals, or endorsements. The scientific understanding of peptides is evolving, and our content may not reflect the most current research at all times. We make reasonable efforts to keep content accurate and up to date but make no warranties or guarantees regarding completeness, accuracy, or timeliness.
5. Not an Endorsement of Products or Therapies
Inclusion of any peptide, compound, or therapy on this Site does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, or promotion of its use. Many peptides discussed are not FDA-approved for the uses described, and some may only be available through compounding pharmacies or as research chemicals. References to specific compounds are for educational purposes only.
6. Access
The Site is publicly accessible. We reserve the right to restrict or revoke access at any time without notice.
7. API Access and Acceptable Use
We offer a read-only JSON API at /api/peptides that mirrors content already published on the Site. The API is provided free of charge to approved partners; access requires an API key issued by us. We may begin charging for access in the future, but we will give existing key holders advance notice before doing so. By requesting or using a key you agree that:
- Keys are personal to the recipient, non-transferable, and must be kept confidential. Embedding a key in client-side code, public repositories, or shared documents is a violation of these Terms.
- You will use the API in good faith — at reasonable request volumes, with appropriate client-side caching, and without attempting to circumvent authentication, rate limits, or other technical controls.
- You will not use the API to build a substitute or mirror of the Site, to retrain or fine-tune machine-learning models on the corpus, or to enable any product whose primary purpose is to redistribute our data, without prior written permission.
- If you publish content derived from the API, you will provide a clear, link-based attribution back to the corresponding page on peptidelist.org. Every API response includes an
attributionUrlfield pointing to that canonical URL — use it directly as the link target rather than constructing your own URLs. The attribution link must be a standard, crawlable hyperlink with norelattribute applied (examples include but are not limited tonoreferrer, nofollow, noindex, andsponsored), and you will not use a robots meta directive or any equivalent mechanism that prevents search engines from following or indexing it. - We may log API requests (key identifier, IP, timestamp, path, response code) for security, abuse prevention, and aggregate analytics.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site — including text, graphics, data compilations, evidence ratings, and design — is the property of Longevity Insights LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this Site without prior written permission from Longevity Insights LLC.
9. Third-Party Links and References
The Site may contain links to third-party websites, including PubMed, ClinicalTrials.gov, and published research articles. These links are provided for reference and convenience only. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or availability of third-party sites. Inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Longevity Insights LLC and its officers, directors, employees, clinicians, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Site, or from any information, content, or materials available on the Site. This includes, without limitation, any damages resulting from decisions made based on information found on the Site.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Longevity Insights LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.
13. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Site. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
15. Contact
If you have questions about these Terms, email us at hello@peptidelist.org or visit the Contact page.
